What does a Wellness Coach do?
A Wellness Coach is there to help you with
Setting Goals,
long term and short term Strategies,
Fitness and diet,
Stress reduction,
life balance,
and weekly accountability.
Welcome,
I am Ken Aubuchon I can help you to develop the skills that will help you to relieve stress in a time when our live are so filled with it. To
become more connected to our bodies when we are feeling so separate. Most
importantly to live fully aware in our choices knowing what we are putting into
our bodies, as well as our minds. Lately it seems the easy way to deal with it
is to medicate our self’s and it will all go away. At least for a little while.
I don’t like that approach, I need more.
With my training from WellCoaches and the AFAA I
am here to assist you to focus on what was important to you allowing you to go
deep within yourself (where you may not want to go) to find it. Where you can
realize that you have the answers are within yourself. Whether you are trying
to lose weight, find balance, get in shape, or reduce the stress level in your
life, you have all you need already! I am here to help you find it and build on
it.
If your looking for the hard-core trainer or
instructor I am not for you, but if you want to make changes for life and put
an end to restless head syndrome, I will support you with clinically proven
techniques in a positive, fun atmosphere. This is the change what you have been
looking for.
